The offseason isn’t over yet and the Tennessee Titans have already caused Jevon Kearse to drink.

The Tennessee Titans defensive end Jevon Kearse has been arrested and charged with driving under the influence after a traffic stop near the Vanderbilt University campus. Kearse was stopped after Vanderbilt campus police noticed Kearse’s SUV weaving across the road.

Jim Patterson, Vanderbilt spokesman, says Kearse did take a field sobriety test, but refused a breathalyzer. He was arrested and charged with DUI and violation of Tennessee’s implied consent law for failing to take the breathalyzer test.

I guess the Titans should be happy it was only a DUI and Kearse wasn’t making it rain.
